Tiago Paúl
PhD candidate at the London School of Economics
About me
I am a first-year PhD candidate in Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE). My main research interests are in empirical macroeconomics, particularly in topics relating to fiscal policy and labour markets.
I was previously a pre-doctoral research assistant working at the LSE's Centre for Macroeconomics. I worked for Ethan Ilzetzki on projects in fiscal policy and innovation, and for Liliana Varela in international macroeconomics.
I obtained my MSc in Economics also from the London School of Economics, and my BSc in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics.
